For all levels of divers, small groups, safety first!
Certified divers enjoy the crystal clear waters of Crete with our experienced divemasters.
The dives are organized in small groups and are done either by boat or from the shore. Ask us about our Refresh Course if you haven't dived in the last 12 months.
We dive between 8 and 25 meters, in the Hersonissos Bay Area, max 15 minute boat ride from our base.
In our center, diving is enjoyable for beginners, advanced or experienced divers who wish to spend some relaxing time underwater.
NIGHT DIVES
On request
Dive during the night and experience an adventure unlike any other.
Discover a whole new world as the darkness emerges, allowing the dive site to come to life again with the spotlight of your torch. The scene changes as day creatures retreat and nocturnal organisms emerge.

DIVING SPOTS
Discover Crete from every corner!
Hersonissos Bay is a sandy bottomed bay with multiple reefs and walls for exploration. Discover meadows of Posidonia oceanica, schools of small saltwater fish, moray eels, octopus, groupers, occasional stingrays and turtles. Lately some invasive species have started to appear like the Lionfish, puffers and porcupine sea urchins.
Certified Advanced Open Water Diver?
Let's discover an original WW2 wreck, a Messerschmitt Bf-109, a small single-seater fighter aircraft which formed the backbone of the Luftwaffe's fighter force.
BOAT TRIPS WITH SCUBAKRETA
We dive twice a day.
Plan an arrival at 9:30 to prepare your equipment.
The first dive starts in the morning around 10:00.
The boat will come back after the first dive for a break between 12:00 and 13:00.
Plan an arrival at 13:00 to prepare your equipment if you join us in the afternoon.
Afternoon diving starts at around 13:30.
Do not forget to bring your certification cards and dive logs.
